How is this team contributing to the vision of Providence? 

Providence Cybersecurity (CYBR) is committed to appropriately protecting all information relating to its caregivers and affiliates, as well as protecting its confidential business information (including information relating to its caregivers, affiliates, and patients). 

 

What will you be responsible for? 

  • Collaborate with Product Management to understand and evaluate use cases, as well as functional and technical requirements.
  • Conduct data discovery and analysis of source systems to identify the necessary data to fulfill business requirements.
  • Develop conceptual and logical data models to validate requirements, pinpointing essential entities and relationships with full documentation of assumptions/risks.
  • Translate logical data models into physical data models, including the production of source-to-target mapping documentation that outlines data movement from source to destination and specifies transformation rules.
  • Support engineering teams through the implementation of physical data models, including source-to-target mapping and the application of transformation/business rules.
  • In-depth understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks, with experience implementing security controls and encryption mechanisms in cloud environments.
  • Lead a team of data engineers in the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based data solutions using Azure Databricks and Azure native services.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related filed, to include computer science, Certifications in Data Engineering, cyber security or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in working with big and complex data environments.
  • Expertise in data integration patterns and tools.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts and distributed computing principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ETL Pipelines), Medallion Architecture
  • Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing data solutions using Azure cloud services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark, with advanced knowledge of data modelling techniques, dimensional modelling, and data warehousing concepts
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and achieve project goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
