Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Product Manager / Solution Designer with strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture, CSDM (Common Service Data Model), and Business Analysis. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-scale ITOM transformation initiatives, define solution architecture, and drive ServiceNow platform strategy aligned with business and operational goals.

The candidate should possess hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules, CMDB governance, Discovery, Service Mapping, cloud integrations, and enterprise service modeling while collaborating with business stakeholders, architecture teams, and engineering organizations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
  • Define and manage ITOM product roadmap and platform strategy.
  • Design scalable enterprise solutions for:
    • Discovery
    • Service Mapping
    • Event Management
    • CMDB
    • Cloud Discovery
    • Orchestration & Automation
  • Drive adoption and governance of CSDM across enterprise services and applications.
  • Align ServiceNow architecture with enterprise architecture standards and IT strategy.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, business analysis, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Translate business requirements into technical and functional solution designs.
  • Define CMDB data models, governance processes, and service mapping strategies.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and operations teams for integrations and onboarding.
  • Provide consulting and thought leadership on ITOM best practices and platform optimization.
  • Ensure successful delivery through coordination with development and implementation teams.
  • Support estimation, solution proposals, and architecture reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

  • 10–16 years of overall IT experience.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation and solution design.
  • Expertise in:
    • CMDB
    • Discovery
    • Service Mapping
    • Event Management
    • CSDM
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles.
  • Experience in Business Analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Operations Management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow CIS-ITOM Certification
  • ServiceNow CSA Certification
  • TOGAF Certification
  • ITIL Certification
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models
  • Exposure to AIOps and Observability solutions
