Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC / IRM Product Manager & Solution Designer with strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Business Analysis capabilities.
The ideal candidate will lead enterprise governance, risk, and compliance transformation initiatives using the ServiceNow platform. The role involves solution architecture, product strategy, stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and implementation governance for enterprise-wide GRC/IRM programs.
The candidate should possess strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, enterprise risk frameworks, compliance management, and business process analysis while collaborating with business, security, audit, compliance, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions across enterprise environments.
Define product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for ServiceNow IRM capabilities.
Design and implement solutions for:

Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Policy & Compliance Management
Audit Management
Risk & Control Frameworks


Conduct business analysis, requirement gathering, process assessment, and stakeholder workshops.
Translate business and compliance requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Drive enterprise governance and standardization for risk and compliance processes.
Collaborate with security, audit, legal, vendor management, and business teams.
Define governance models, workflows, KPIs, reporting, and operational dashboards.
Provide consulting and thought leadership on risk management, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure successful solution delivery through coordination with development and implementation teams.
Support solution estimation, architecture reviews, and proposal creation.


Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills

10–16 years of overall IT experience.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC / IRM solution design and implementation.
Hands-on experience with:

IRM
BCM
TPRM
Policy & Compliance
Risk Management


Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance standards.
Experience in creating solution architecture and product roadmaps.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow CIS-IRM Certification
ServiceNow CSA Certification
ITIL Certification
Risk or Compliance certifications such as:

CISA
CRISC
ISO 27001
COBIT


Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
Exposure to cybersecurity and operational resilience programs
