Job Title: Principal Oracle Learn Analyst

 

Location: PGC Hyderabad

 

Job Summary:

As a Principal Oracle Learn Analyst, you will be responsible for providing best in class ongoing support of Oracle Cloud Learn solutions, ensuring stable, compliant, and scalable learning operations to ensure smooth functioning of critical & ongoing learning needs aligned to the organization and compliance norms in the Healthcare sector. Strong hold on end-to-end learning processes, including learning catalog setup, self-service learning experiences, skill-based learning, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems. Collaborate closely with multiple teams to support a multi-disciplinary & platform solution, in line with established business processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Learn
  • Must have at least 2 E2E implementation exp & additional project support experience
  • Configure and manage change for US learning needs including:
    • Learning Catalog (courses, offerings, specializations) & content management (internal/external)
    • Learning assignments & recommendations
    • Self-service learning enrollment and discovery
    • ILT/VLT alignment & support
    • Self-paced & blended learning journeys
  • Configure learning completions, certifications, and compliance tracking
  • Manage/test role-based access and security for learning administrators, instructors, and learners
  • Execute and support:
    • SIT / UAT / Regression / Smoke testing
    • Data validation and reconciliation
  • Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution for learning issues
  • Rich functional experience in supporting integrations, extensions, reports
  • Enable AI-driven learning recommendations and enrollment workflows
  • Exposure & experience with Dynamic Skills Framework and Oracle Grow in relation to Oracle Learn
  • Integration experience with external learning platforms
  • Ensure compliance and internal company policies
  • Candidates with a Secondary skillset of Oracle Talent Management will be preferred

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent
  • 8–12 years of Oracle HCM experience with expertise in Oracle HCM Learn, with hands-on implementation and support experience
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, project management & leadership skills
  • Experience in the US Healthcare domain & Oracle Learn Certified Professionals will be preferred
