What will you be responsible for?

 

As a Product Manager in the Digital Caregiver Experiences team, you will have the unique opportunity to manage multiple business teams to create and define exceptional digital experiences for our employees.

 

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic vision for our product portfolio for Corporate Functions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to deliver innovative solutions that address the ever-changing challenges.

 

 

What would your week look like? 

  • Lead the strategic product vision and roadmap for Providence India's Corporate functions (HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Communication)  teams, with a focus on creating delightful and efficient experiences for employees.
  • Work closely with product, engineering,  teams throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver best-in-class experiences.
  • Develop product backlogs, drive execution to results and manage outcomes.
  • Work with customers to help direct product roadmap, improve customer experience and drive our business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple teams and geographies.
  • Communicate clearly about projects, risks, and accomplishments on behalf of the team to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Building deep partnerships across multiple internal business teams, 3rd party platform teams, application teams
  • Maintains process workflows, data models, system decisions, designs and procedures related to systems, solutions and related functions
  • Shares and implements industry best practices for accessing, analyzing and disseminating data
  • Displaying agile mindset and applying that to delivering solutions at appropriate milestones

 

Who we are looking for? 

  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Proven track record of strategizing and delivering enterprise software products/services to market.
  • Able to tackle and solve ambiguous challenges and create clarity on the solution
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs
  • Outstanding collaboration and partnership skills, with proven ability to drive for results across teams
  • Great technical and technological understanding
  • Excellent communication, and presentation skills
  • Background in building HR / Finance products is preferred
  • Team player, confident, independent, and enthusiastic!
  • Passion for solving hard problems at scale
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leading without authority skills 
  • Excellent Executive presence 
  • Excellent ability to design, prioritize, plan, and track large scale programs
