About the Role 
Driving the development and execution of our long-term corporate strategy in the Global Center including key strategic initiatives at the central level. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of translating complex market analysis and problem statements into actionable plans that deliver sustainable growth and competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field, demonstrating exceptional leadership, analytical rigor, and communication skills. Background in healthcare is preferred.  What will you be responsible for?1. Strategy Development & PlanningConduct deep-dive market analysis, competitive assessments, and trend identification to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for future state including identification of net new capabilities, organization capabilities fit gap assessment and formulating the strategic plans for the Global Center.Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define long-term vision, goals, and strategic priorities for the Global Center Partner with the leadership team to translate the Chief Global Officer’s vision and strategy into actionable plans and ensure alignment across all departments. Track and report progress on key initiatives.  Own the full life cycle of leadership meetings, including setting strategic agendas, ensuring readiness, documenting key decisions, and tracking follow-up action items to ensure closure.Review, design, and execute improvements to operational processes e to enhance seamless functioning and alignment across the executive function.2. Execution & ImplementationMonitor strategic plan execution, and identify variances, proposing corrective actions where necessary.Facilitate decision-making and alignment across senior stakeholders on critical strategic choices.3. Market & Competitive IntelligenceEstablish a continuous process for monitoring the competitive landscape, technology disruption, and macroeconomic trends.Prepare and present strategic insights and recommendations to the Executive TeamDrive thought leadership on emerging industry topics and their implications for the company.4. Leadership & Team ManagementMentor and guide junior strategy team members or cross-functional working groups on strategy methodologies and analytical best practices.Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on strategic matters. Who are we looking for?CategoryKey Skills & CapabilitiesExperience8-10 years in strategy, management consulting (Tier 1/Tier 2 firm), or corporate development.Strategic ThinkingCross functional strategy development, ability to lead high priority projects  Analytical RigorExpert proficiency in structured problem solving, data analysis, and synthesizing into clear, actionable insights.CommunicationExceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to influence senior executives and articulate complex ideas simply.Project ManagementStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.LeadershipDemonstrated ability to lead without formal authority, drive cross-functional alignment, and mentor team members.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related management field.MBA or Advanced Degree from a top-tier institution is highly preferred
