Cybersecurity is responsible for appropriately protecting all information relating to its caregivers and affiliates, as well as protecting its confidential business information (including information relating to its caregivers, affiliates, and patients)

What will you be responsible for?

Planning & Initiation

  • Define project scope and goals aligned with business objectives
  • Identify stakeholders and establish communication plans
  • Facilitate release planning and roadmap creation

Team Coordination & Facilitation

  • Set up Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Perform Scrum Masters role in their Projects
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration among development, QA, design, and business teams
  • Remove impediments that block team progress

Execution and Monitoring

  • Track sprint progress using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps
  • Manage risks and dependencies across teams and projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and releases.

Continuous Improvements

  • Facilitate retrospectives to gather feedback and drive improvements.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Align expectations between business and technical teams.
  • Manage scope changes and communicate impact transparently.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Align expectations between business and technical teams
  • Manage scope changes and communicate impact transparently

Procurement

  • Provide support for procurement of software, services and hardware
  • Coordinate with Procurement and other stakeholders as part of Procurement process

Change Management

  • Coordinate Change requests and Change tasks with required stakeholders

 

What would your day look like?

 

  • Engage with clients & stakeholders – Align on program objectives, address challenges, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive execution & delivery – Oversee cross-functional teams, resolve roadblocks, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Analyze & optimize – Review program performance, identify improvement areas, and implement strategic solutions.
  • Facilitate collaboration – Work across business, technology, and operations teams to drive alignment and efficiency.
  • Provide strategic guidance – Offer insights on industry trends, process improvements, and technology adoption.
  • Ensure risk management – Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep programs on track.
