Principal Program Manager
Organization Background:
The Endpoint Engineering Services team manages all the client endpoints across our enterprise: Windows and Apple desktops, laptops, iPhones, and iPads. We are responsible for ensuring that endpoints and their software are up to date with the latest approved OS version, patched, application delivery is maintained, and overall health is maintained. We ensure a seamless experience for caregivers through a centralized tool that automates many of these transactions.
What will you be responsible for?
End User Computing Program Manager is responsible for planning, governing, and delivering EUC programs that enable a productive, secure, and consistent end-user experience across the organization. This role oversees multiple EUC initiatives such as device lifecycle management, operating system deployments, collaboration tools, endpoint security, virtualization (VDI), and user experience improvements—ensuring alignment with business goals, security standards, and IT strategy
What would your day look like?
- Managing backlog in ADO, documenting requirements, and working with engineering teams to deliver automation, Product development and other Engineering programs/ products
- Own and manage the EUC program roadmap, covering desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VDI, collaboration platforms, and peripheral services
- Translate business requirements into actionable EUC programs and delivery plans.
- Establish and enforce EUC governance frameworks, standards, and operating models.
- Partner with Service Desk and EUC Operations to ensure smooth transitions from project to BAU.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, project managers, and vendors
- Taking care of building, automating, and developing large scale distributed systems from ground up
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (master’s preferred)
- 8–12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in EUC or workplace technology programs
- Program/Project Management certifications preferred (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, ITIL).
- Strong understanding of EUC technologies, including:
- Windows/macOS lifecycle management
- Microsoft 365 & collaboration tools
- Endpoint management (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, etc.)
- VDI/DaaS (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware)
- Endpoint security and zero trust concepts
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-year IT programs
- Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery
- Expertise in program governance, dependency management, and executive reporting
- Experience understanding technical architecture and design aspects in Infrastructure and Application space
- Communicate project status to partners and several important teams around the organization. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, technical, and customer’s goals
- PMP, CSM, CSPO or any other relevant certification in related space will be added .advantage. Knowledge or exposure on LEAN, Six Sigma, KANBAN
