  • Key Responsibilities:


    Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Platform applications, including but not limited to Power Apps, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions using the Power Platform.

    Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from scoping and design to implementation and maintenance.

    Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development phase.

    Implement organization Change Management best practices.

    Develop and maintain technical requirements using Azure DevOps.

    Keep up to date with the latest Power Platform developments, best practices, and industry trends.

    Proactively identify ways to improve and optimize the performance and user experience of existing Power Platform applications.

    Monitor and maintain data integrity and security within the Power Platform applications.


    Preferred Qualifications:


    Minimum of 8 years of experience as a QE/SDET and  similar role.

    Strong knowledge and experience with the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

    Adept with Quality Engineering processes and methodology

    Experience designing, developing, and deploying complex Power Apps solutions.

    Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases.

    Experience working with Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies.

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    The ability to work during US time zones.


    Optional Qualifications:


    Certifications in the Power Platform or related technologies.

    Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Office 365.

    Familiarity with agile software development methodology.

    Docker Engine and deployment.

    Microsoft Copilot Features (Power Virtual Agents, Outlook, Edge Extensions.)
