Organization Background:

The Cloud Engineering and Ops team drives cloud migrations, engineering and OnPrem hosting, compute, storage data protection, data engineering for the Technology, Engineering & Operations organization. We support OnPrem and Azure cloud infra running Windows, Linux VM’s and SQL, Oracle databases.

 

What will you be responsible for?

  • End to end Management of SCCM environment including designing, building, and maintaining new/existing SCCM environment.
  • Assist in the responsibility for the reviewing vulnerability data from multiple sources (i.e., external / internal penetration testing, internal / external vulnerability scanning, etc.) across multiple technologies and a changing environment including infrastructure and applications to determine risk rating of vulnerabilities to business assets.
  • Assist in improving and automating new/existing vulnerability management lifecycle. Including, but not limited to data ingestion and normalization, compliance metrics and detection on assets.
  • Able to handle complex technical escalations
  • Able to train and mature team members to handle complex issues due to patching
  • Learn and Implement next Gen technologies and features
  • Error resolutions and RCA for Major Incidents
  • Able to present KPIs to stake holders
  • Bring Engineering and Automation skillsets

What would your day look like?

  • Configuration and Management of SCCM Infra
  • Troubleshooting SCCM Infra and Vulnerability issues
  • Using SCCM/Azure Update Management for patching Server environment
  • Developing toolsets and scripts to automate patching and vulnerability management process
  • Explore and architect Cloud patching solutions (AUM, Azure Arc, etc.)
  • Root cause Analysis for MIs
  • Proficient in Scripting and Automation platforms like PowerShell, Python, Ansible etc.
  • Drive multiple projects and stakeholder management, reporting & dashboards

Who are we looking for?

  • 9-13 years of experience in managing enterprise patching (server side) and vulnerability management.
  • Hands-on experience in latest branch of SCCM
  • Understanding of SCCM architecture
  • Expertise in Vulnerability manageability process and implementation; preferably using Rapid7
  • Hands-on experience in Application deployment, Patch Management, Azure Update Management, Vulnerability Management and OSD.
  • Monitor the SCCM Platform for capacity planning and optimization
  • Proficiency in one or more technologies - PowerShell, Ansible, etc.
  • Extensive and in-depth troubleshooting experience on SCCM Platform and associated topologies.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous work environment with global team setup
  • Experience working in feature crew model, knowledge of Agile framework
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape
