Job Description

 

A ServiceNow Architect is responsible for designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. They ensure that the architecture aligns with business requirements and industry best practices. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into technical solutions.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and Architecture: Develop and maintain the overall architecture of ServiceNow implementations.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide strategic recommendations and technical guidance to clients and team members.
  • Solution Development: Create technical solutions, including workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
  • Documentation: Develop system documentation, including process flows, design documents, and implementation guides.
  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow instances.
  • Integration: Design and implement integrations with other systems and tools.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members.
  • Compliance: Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and regulations.

 

Skills Required

  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and ITIL processes.
  • Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM), and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Integration Knowledge: Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications and systems.
  • Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating technical documentation and diagrams.
