Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Developer with strong ServiceNow expertise, excellent design thinking capabilities, and hands-on experience in mobile application design and development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric digital experiences and capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver modern enterprise solutions.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and developers to design scalable and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms within the ServiceNow ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, modern, and responsive user interfaces for ServiceNow applications and enterprise platforms.
  • Apply strong design thinking methodologies to understand user pain points and create user-centric solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and interactive designs using modern design tools.
  • Develop and customize UI components within the ServiceNow platform using Service Portal, UI Builder, and Workspace technologies.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, developers, and stakeholders during requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Ensure consistency in UX standards, branding, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
  • Design and support mobile-first and cross-platform application experiences.
  • Conduct usability studies, user research, and feedback analysis to improve overall customer experience.
  • Work with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS/React, and responsive frameworks.
  • Support ServiceNow integrations and workflow-based UI enhancements.
  • Drive innovation and recommend best practices in UX/UI standards and enterprise application design.
  • Mentor junior designers/developers and contribute to UX governance and design systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10–16 years of experience in UI/UX development and front-end engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform UI technologies:
    • Service Portal
    • UI Builder
    • Workspace
    • Employee Center
    • Catalog Item UI customization
  • Strong understanding of Design Thinking principles and Human-Centered Design.
  • Experience designing enterprise-grade mobile applications.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • HTML5
    • CSS3
    • JavaScript
    • AngularJS / React
    • Bootstrap / Responsive Design
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive UI best practices.
  • Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
  • Experience with mobile UX strategy and enterprise mobility solutions.
  • Exposure to workflow automation and enterprise ITSM platforms.
  • Knowledge of reusable component libraries and design systems.
  • Experience in user research and usability testing methodologies.
