The Administrative Technologies team focuses on creating platform, services, products for the 119K Caregivers (employees) and provides opportunities in Application development, Data Engineering, Service Maturity/ Quality of Service, Reporting & Analytics, 3rd Party SaaS products integrations.

 We are a group of passionate product managers, engineers, SREs focused on developing platform, services for transforming experience of Caregivers and enabling Caregivers to give better experience to patients.

What will you be responsible for?

 

  •  Should have 8+ years of experience in Salesforce.com Architecture, Design and Development. 
  • Highly proficient with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Einstein Analytics 
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of Salesforce declarative customization – Custom objects, validation rules, OWD settings, profiles, roles, approval processes, permission sets, flows, process builders etc., 
  • Highly proficient with Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, Aura, Flows for Industries (DPA), REST API, SOQL, Salesforce Platform events, CDC etc., 
  • Experience building customer facing, web-based user interfaces using Experience cloud, with an understanding of HTML/XHTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS etc., 
  • Expertise in Force.com Sites, Salesforce Shield, Security, CORS, Connected Apps, SSO, Authentication protocols etc.,  

What would your week look like?

  •   Experience with data migration from multiple partner systems 
  • Expert level knowledge of salesforce coding best practices 
  • Salesforce certified Developer (Platform Developer1 and Platform Developer2) 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in team environment with varying skill set levels.
