What will you be responsible for?

 

As a Principal Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge web applications and systems. You will be responsible for architectural decisions, code quality, and overall technical direction of projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end, back-end, DevOps, and UI/UX, to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies will help drive innovation and technical excellence in all development efforts. .

 

What would your week look like?

 

 Lead Full Stack Development: Architect, design, and implement end-to-end solutions for scalable web applications and services. 

Technical Leadership: Guide the team through complex technical challenges, conduct code reviews, and set best practices for development and deployment. 

Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, UX Designers, and other engineering teams to shape product strategy and technical direction. 

Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical training sessions, and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives across the engineering team. 

End-to-End Ownership: Take ownership of projects from inception to production, ensuring delivery timelines, code quality, and overall success of the project. 

Cloud & DevOps Integration: Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployment strategies (AWS, GCP, Azure). 

Scalability & Performance: Ensure the system is highly scalable and performant by conducting performance tuning, load testing, and architectural improvements. 

Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure that applications adhere to regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). 

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical contact for key stakeholders, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. 

 

Who are we looking for?

 

Required Skills:

Front-End Expertise: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, or Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. 

Back-End Expertise: Strong experience in Node.js, Java, Python, or similar backend languages/frameworks. Knowledge of RESTful API design, GraphQL, and microservices. 

Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases. Strong skills in database schema design, optimization, and complex query development. 

Cloud Technologies: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native application development. 

DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes). 

Version Control & Collaboration: Proficiency in Git, GitHub/Bitbucket, and Agile development methodologies. 

Security Awareness: Knowledge of security principles (OWASP Top 10), secure coding practices, and implementing authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT). 

Architecture: Proven experience in system design, microservices architecture, and developing large-scale, distributed applications. 

  

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience with serverless architectures and frameworks (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions). 

Familiarity with mobile app development (React Native, Flutter) is a plus. 

Contributions to open-source projects or tech communities. 

Knowledge of AI/ML integration in applications is a bonus. 

  

Education: 

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
