Principal Software Engineer

What will you be responsible for?
As part of the development team and as a Salesforce Principal/Architect, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and drive the delivery of high-profile business solutions. In addition, you would:
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions on time.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, triggers, asynchronous Apex, and batch jobs.
- Perform API integrations and develop innovative solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
- Proactively address challenges, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Who are we looking for?
- 8-12 years of experience in technical roles, must be hands-on in Salesforce development, architecture, and project delivery.
- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, triggers, and asynchronous Apex (batch jobs, future methods, queueable classes).
- Must have hands-on experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience on DevOps tools like GitHub, GearSet, and CI/CD pipelines is must.
- Experience using FormAssembly is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration: flows, email integrations, roles, sharing rules, and security models.
- Proven experience working with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II are highly desir
