The Real Estate and Workplace team aligns its services with the broader vision of Providence by delivering best‑in‑class workplace facilities for all caregivers. With caregiver experience as a core priority, the team is committed to creating and sustaining a safe, healthy, and enabling work environment that supports well‑being, productivity, and organizational excellence.


What will you be responsible for?

  • Support the Core leader in managing day‑to‑day facility operations and administrative activities.
  • Oversee daily operations across all facility services, including soft services, kitchen operations, pantry and cafeteria management, transportation, care desk services, and executive area support.
  • Lead and guide the facilities team to ensure timely and effective resolution of service requests and operational issues.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance service quality, efficiency, and caregiver experience across all operational areas.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation to support audits, compliance requirements, and management reporting
