Program Management Associate
Assist the Program Manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.
Support the creation and maintenance of program schedules, risk logs, issue trackers, and dependency maps.
Ensure accurate reporting of program milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
Facilitate coordination across engineering, operations, and business teams to maintain project momentum.
Manage and track action items from governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder sessions.
Maintain and update program governance artifacts, including charters, decision logs, and compliance checklists.
Ensure adherence to governance processes, policies, and quality standards.
Collaborate with teams to document and improve IT workflows and delivery processes.
Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions to increase efficiency and consistency.
