Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Sourcing Specialist with a strong background in identifying and engaging top talent in Information Security and Cybersecurity domains. This role is focused purely on sourcing and pipeline building, without stakeholder management responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract cybersecurity professionals across various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for roles such as:
    • Security Analysts
    • SOC Engineers
    • Penetration Testers
    • Security Architects
    • GRC Specialists
    • Cloud Security Engineers
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, X-ray search, and competitive intelligence.
  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to assess candidate interest and basic qualifications.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing metrics in the ATS.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity hiring trends, certifications, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to hand off qualified candidates for further evaluation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing, with a strong focus on Information Security and Cybersecurity roles.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP), and job functions.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, etc.).
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify niche talent.
  • Excellent written communication for candidate outreach and engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience sourcing for global cybersecurity teams.
  • Exposure to high-volume sourcing environments.
  • Technical background or cybersecurity-related certifications (a plus).
