The Emerging Tech Automation team is focused on identifying and implementing automation opportunities across multiple business functions to improve operational efficiency and caregiver experience. The team works closely with stakeholders to develop process and test bots that optimize workflows and reduce manual effort, leveraging industry-leading RPA tools and AI-driven automation solutions.
What will you be responsible for?
- Identify, analyze, and develop automation solutions for business processes using UiPath Suite, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and AI Center.
- Build, test, and deploy process and test bots to enhance automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with business users and SMEs to understand requirements and recommend automation opportunities.
- Develop and manage workflows, queues, transactions, and triggers within UiPath Orchestrator for seamless bot execution.
- Ensure best practices in exception handling, logging, and bot maintenance to support robust automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bot performance, errors, and failures.
- Work with IT and security teams to ensure compliance, access controls, and governance in bot deployment.
- Stay up to date with the latest RPA trends, UiPath product updates, and AI-driven automation advancements.
What would your day look like?
- Report to the RPA Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to assess automation feasibility.
- Work on designing, developing, and testing automation workflows.
- Support existing automation solutions by monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Document bot development lifecycle, including PDDs (Process Design Documents) and SDDs (Solution Design Documents).
- Participate in code reviews and peer learning sessions to continuously enhance automation capabilities.
Who are we looking for?
- 3-6 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UIPath.
- Experience with automation solutions in healthcare (huge plus).
- Hands-on expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, and Test Suite.
- Strong understanding of RPA architecture, ReFramework, and bot governance.
- UiPath UiARD Certification or similar certification (preferred, a huge plus).
- Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps (preferred).
- Experience in AI-based automation, Agentic Automation, Document Understanding, and Process Mining (huge plus).
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize bot performance effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated team player with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
