Clinical and Revenue cycle Applications pillar primarily focuses on providing excellence in the care of the applications and systems used in our communities, hospitals, and clinics. We deliver solutions and services to support clinical and business applications and interfaces to enable decisions that improve patient and caregiver experience. Now, as we face a new frontier—a changing health care landscape - we are looking for compassionate individuals who could help enhance end user experience by contributing within the application support operations space by following industry best service management practices which eventually would enhance patient outcomes and experiences & importantly, drive a lasting social impact.
What will you be responsible for?
• Managing and troubleshooting enterprise level clinical applications in areas such as Oncology and Cardiology care.
• Infrastructure management and Windows platform troubleshooting.
• Service Operations (Incident Management, Service Requests, Patching, Automation)
• Flexible to work in 24*7 shift application support (Incident management, On-call).
• Performs monitoring and periodic audits to determine if the services follow quality standards and meeting the laid-out SLAs and OLAs.
• Coordinates with team, stakeholders, end users and application vendors to ensure continuity of services for all assigned applications.
• Understands & enhances standard operations workflows and become familiar with the functional operations of clinical applications or other software.
• Delivers training to the Operations team on clinical domain, clinical applications, infrastructure, automation, and upgrades.
• Creates, maintains, and shares documentation related to supported applications in the Knowledge Centered Services & the Onboarding Playbook
Experience:
• 3-6 years of experience in the application support role.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's or master’s in engineering or technology or a related field.
• Certification in ITIL or ITSM, Healthcare, Azure clous is a plus
Who are we looking for?
• Experience in request, patching, incident, change, problem, & knowledge management.
• Experience in Healthcare domain (clinical apps in Oncology, Cardiology, etc.)
• Experience in automation using PowerShell, PowerApps, UiPath, Blueprism etc.
• Knowledge of networking, cloud, Citrix, and virtualization concepts.
• Experience in SQL query writing and performance tuning.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement and to work, coordinate with global teams.
• Must be a logical thinker, a problem solver.
• Experience in healthcare standards such as HL7 V2, FHIR, DICOM is a plus.
