Job Description
 

Providence India is at its startup stage as a Global Development Center, thus offering numerous opportunities to help grow the organization and develop yourself as a leader! We are looking for a Senior Manager for Business Planning and Strategy to accelerate the Healthcare Intelligence team’s journey to deliver data products and insights through next-gen platforms that drives clinical, financial and operational outcomes. In this role, you will extensively partner with stakeholders across the business and product teams and be responsible for:

 

  • Translating organization vision and mission into strategic business plans with a deep understanding of the company’s core operations, strengths, competitive advantages
  • Construct forecasts working with customers, partners and other stakeholders with a deep understanding of the market conditions and strategic opportunities
  • Driving techno-business transformative products strategy, GTM, monetization and roadmap for a suite of healthcare intelligence products
  • Collaborating with executive leadership to determine and prioritize business strategies
  • Performing business process and impact analysis and establish business models with a deep understanding of SaaS product/service economics
  • Evangelizing the business plans and strategy internally and externally
  • Creating and driving the short, medium and long-term business cases for execution of monetization-focused products and features, tuning and maintaining monetized services
  • Planning, creating & implementing day-to-day events and rhythm of business to drive growth in business KPIs
  • Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultations to improve business efficiencies and align processes, budget/resources-planning
  • Provide regular updates to leadership, escalating items when needed but with executive presence and relationships to identify and resolve most issues independently
  • Fostering, facilitating and furnishing, timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders, partners and delivery teams.

 

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have 9+years of experience in Program Management and /or experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Carry Post graduate Degree in business administration and Bachelor's or Graduate's degree in finance, business administration, operations, research, statistics, math, economics.
  • Be commercially aware and be able to identify business opportunities and deliver against them
  • Be highly skilled at socializing business opportunity at all levels of the organization through written documentation, compelling presentations, and data-driven opportunity analysis
  • Possess a strong knowledge of the most recent trends around monetization such as freemium SaaS models
  • Experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for building and maintaining financial models will be
  • Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools {Excel Pivot tables, PowerPoint)
  • A deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape and healthcare solutions ecosystem would be a bonus
