We, at Enterprise Services, the healthcare consulting and services arm of Providence India, help build technology solutions that modernize and simplify each step of the healthcare delivery process. What will you be responsible for?

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Azure cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
  • Manage and resolve cloud incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to track the performance and health of cloud services.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, and security teams to ensure smooth operation of cloud services.

What would your day look like?

  • Proficiency with Terraform, GitHub actions, Config Management & CI/CD pipelines
  • Working on day-to-day Azure infrastructure deliveries PaaS services through Infrastructure as a Code.
  • Experience writing scripts in any of Python/Shell/PowerShell or Ansible.
  • Manage and assist in day-to-day Incident, Change Requests and Operations Projects.
  • Use automation to enable Self Service capabilities and reducing manual overhead.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 4-6 Years of hands-on experience on Azure Clouds Operations and Deployments.
  • Experience in Infrastructure as a code (IaC) in Terraform and created reusable Terraform modules to automation of Azure resource deployment.
  • Configuring Azure Cloud Services and security for Azure PaaS services using NSG’s & Private Endpoints.
  • Experience in writing scripts in any of Python/Shell/PowerShell or Ansible.
  • Familiar with DevOps tools like Terraform, Git hub actions, Ansible or Azure DevOps.
  • Experienced in supporting operations to the applications hosted in the Azure Kubernetes Services.
  • Experienced in supporting operations to the applications hosted in the Azure Web App Services, using application insights to identify application exceptions.
  • Experience in understanding network architectures & real time hands-on support on handling firewall communications ensuring zero trust principle
  • Supporting projects, including scope management, quality management, resource management, schedule management, communications management, and Cutover Management
  • Ability to work in ambiguous work environment with global team setup.
  • Experience working in feature crew model, knowledge of Agile framework.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal correspondence.
