 What will you be responsible for? 

  

  • As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible to develop effective and high-quality healthcare program integrity analytics that meet business requirements. Responsible to synthesize business needs into data requirements and build a roadmap for sustainable solutions for data extraction and cleansing, migrations, data conflict resolutions. 

  • A self-starter mindset who has ability to architect and build solutions for data migration problems from scratch. 

  • Work with Cloud Engineering teams to deliver Cloud Transformations & Data Migrations projects. 

  • Strong technical expertise in developing a unified data systems from the upstream databases according to the requirements gathered from stakeholders. 

 

 

What would your day look like?  

  

  • This position includes collaborating with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices for AWS-based solutions. Document design, development, and deployment processes, as well as create technical specifications and user guides for developed solutions. 

  • Collaborate with data architects, Business stakeholders to understand data requirements and create scalable solutions. 

  • Use a systematic approach to plan, create, and maintain data architectures while also keeping it aligned with business requirements. Prepares and delivers results to leadership with analytic insights, interpretations, and recommendations. 

  • Analyse and organize raw data.  

  • Build data systems and pipelines. 

  • Evaluate business needs and objectives. 

  • Interpret trends and patterns. 

  • Conduct complex data analysis and report on results.  

  • Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modelling. 

  • Build algorithms and prototypes. 

  • Combine raw information from different sources. 

  • Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability. 

  • Identify opportunities for data acquisition. 

  • Develop analytical tools and programs. 

  • Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several projects. 

  • Using healthcare data to achieve administrative needs and goals. 

  • Understanding data storage and data sharing methods. 

  • Understanding healthcare business operations. 

  • Utilizing different data sources for analyses. 

  

Who are we looking for? 

  • Minimum 2-5 years of exp. of professional work experience preferable in management consulting or high growth start-ups preferably in healthcare. 

  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytical role. 

  • Experience in building a unified data system for a Data portal. 

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, healthcare administration, or related field. 

  • Strong Experience in Hive, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake and Alteryx 

  • Strong Experience with data modelling, data warehousing, and data integration concepts. 

  • Ability to deliver solutions leveraging Azure platform services for cloud only and hybrid (cloud & on-prem) scenarios. 

  • Fluent in data stack and experience of working on large datasets. Strong experience on Microsoft SQL server and SQL Azure, Azure data bricks, Azure Data Factory. 

  • Hands on experience on Spark solution and performance tuning. Hands on experience on scripting language such as python/Scala/spark. 

  • Has experience on ETL/ELT concepts and tools. 

  • Automate the data workflows in establishing the integration with wide range of Enterprise data systems like SQL server, Oracle, Mysql, Snowflake 

  • Build Connectors, Extract information through API’s using Data Extraction libraries. 

  • Hands-on experience with key compute, network, storage, security services and their components – VM (Windows & Linux), V Net, Configuring NSGs and Route tables, App Gateway, Express Route, Scale sets, Azure Databricks, ADF, Azure Data Lake, AKS, ASE, WAF, RBAC model, log analytics etc. 

  • Hand-on experience in Data Extraction, Conversion and Archival, Hands-on experience on Hyland OnBase and HL7 proficient 

  • Ability to effectively communicate and excellent interpersonal skills, Experience working in Agile/sprints in a global team setup 

  • Certified Azure Data Engineer Associate (or equivalent). 

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams 

  • Expertise with visualization tools For e.g : Power BI,Qliksense or Excel 

  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
