How is this team contributing to the vision of Providence?
The Digital Workplace Xperiences (DWX) team plays a central role in managing the portfolio of applications that support the technical operations across Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, and Strategy domains of Providence Global Center (PGC). As a core function, the team plays an instrumental role in advancement of foundational systems that power PGC’s growth mission.The team’s responsibilities span the entire application lifecycle, including the discovery, design, development, and ongoing maintenance of the applications required by these business functions.What will you be responsible for?As a Functional and Product Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and translating business requirements around integration of 3rd party systems and solutions with PGC systems , while meeting organizational and business objectives. This role requires applying HR domain knowledge, SuccessFactors product understanding, and industry best practices to support and enhance existing implementations,.You will act as a key liaison between HR business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical partners, clearly articulating requirements, design decisions, and impacts across modules. Exposure to or experience with modules such as Absence, Compensation, or related HR processes will be considered an added advantage.


Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, workflows, role based‑ permissions (RBP), and data migrations, providing functional inputs and validation.• Clearly communicate functional designs, solution options, and impacts to business users, technical teams, and leadership stakeholders.• Support defect triage and resolution by performing root cause‑ analysis of functional issues and recommending configuration or design corrections. 
Collaborate and partner with Compliance and Info security teams to ensure DPDP compliance recommendations are captured and implemented across DWX Apps
