Senior Kronos ERP Analyst - Enterprise Business Applications

How is this team contributing to vision of Providence?

EBA team is responsible to provide Kronos ERP Implementation Support across Human Capital Management domains. We cater to Functional, technical, Infrastructure & App Security requirements for end-end Kronos ERP Implementation. 

What will you be responsible for?

  • Good understanding of how end users interact with the system
  • Customer service experience valuable
  • Basic understanding of how data flows into Kronos
  • Basic understanding of how data flows to and from clocks/devices
  • Basic understanding of the concept of Single Sign-On

 

  • UKG Workforce Central and/or Dimensions application knowledge in the following areas: Note: does not need all
    • Timekeeping
    • Time clocks (hardware, configuration, and software)
    • Attestation
    • Accruals
    • Scheduling (basic, advanced scheduling is a plus)
    • Core Analytics
  • Experience with setup, testing, and deployment of complex configuration
  • Experience with unionized labor and supporting pay rules highly preferred
  • Experience with maintaining large-scale Workforce Central system, including:
    • Creating and maintaining: Labor Level Sets, hyperfind queries, Organization Groups, percentage allocations, etc.
    • Running audit reports
    • Addressing Transaction Assistant errors
    • Performing security administration
  • Understanding of Kronos system infrastructure
  • The following are optional but are a plus:
    • Experience with UKG Dimensions
    • Knowledge of advanced scheduling / Workforce Scheduler
    • Healthcare experience

 

What would your day look like?

  • Collaborate with Implementation Partner and IS teams across Providence and manage operations and resolve incidents.
  •  

Who are we looking for?

  • 3 -7 years of Experience with at least 2 Kronos ERP Implementation/Support Project
  • Implement and support user security
  • Set up and maintain Pay Policies
  • Perform system configuration for WFC and ATK
  • Create and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces
  • Knowledge of business process, user provisioning process, and security maintenance process preferred
  • Self-starter, fast learner, and flexible to support new technologies as well as legacy solutions
  • Willingness to take initiative and overcome obstacles to achieve personal, organizational and company goals.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in creative problem solving in an analyst.
  • Demonstrated competency in resolution of operational technical support issues.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
