Senior Manager, HR Technology
Role Summary
The Senior Manager - HRMS is responsible for the strategic direction, governance, optimization, and operational management of the organization's HR technology landscape, including HRIS/HRMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and any other system use cases of HR. The role ensures system effectiveness, data integrity, compliance, process automation, reporting, analytics, and alignment of HR technology with business objectives, and sops of HR processes.
What will you be responsible for?
1. HRMS Strategy & Governance
- Define and execute HRMS roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive HR digital transformation initiatives and process modernization.
- Establish governance frameworks, controls, and change management processes.
- Develop HR technology standards, policies, and operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.
2. HR Systems Management
- Own end-to-end administration of HRMS platforms.
- Manage system configuration, security roles, workflows, and data structures.
- Lead release management, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of HR systems.
- Oversee integrations with payroll, recruitment, learning, time management, and finance systems.
3. HR Process Optimization
- Evaluate current HR processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Simplify and standardize Hire-to-Retire processes.
- Improve employee and manager self-service capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience.
4. Data Management & Analytics
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across HR systems.
- Establish data governance frameworks and quality controls.
- Develop HR dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports.
- Provide workforce analytics and insights for decision-making.
- Support regulatory and management reporting requirements.
5. AI & Automation in HR
- Drive AI use cases: chatbots, document processing, analytics, and workflow automation
- Enhance HR decision-making through data insights and predictive analytics
- Promote AI adoption with governance and ethical data practices
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to deploy scalable and secure AI solutions
6. Compliance, Risk & Audit
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, privacy regulations, and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR systems.
- Monitor segregation of duties, access controls, and privileged user activities.
- Implement controls to mitigate operational and compliance risks.
7. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and implementation partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and business teams.
- Present updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and service commitments.
8. Team Leadership
- Lead HRMS analysts, system administrators, and support teams.
- Build capability within the HR technology function.

- Partner with HRSS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, and IT teams.

Who we are looking for?
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in any discipline
Experience
- 10-15+ years of HR systems, HR operations, or HR technology experience.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience leading large-scale HR transformation projects.
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or equivalent platforms.

- HR Analytics Certification
