Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – Cybersecurity Engineering & Solution Deployment to lead the design, implementation, transformation, and operationalization of enterprise cybersecurity capabilities. This leadership role requires broad expertise across the full cybersecurity portfolio, including Security Engineering, Security Operations, Identity & Access Management, Cloud Security, Application Security, Governance Risk & Compliance, Vulnerability Management, Data Protection, and Cyber Resilience.

The ideal candidate will drive cybersecurity strategy execution, technology modernization, solution deployment, and service maturity while partnering with business and technology leaders to protect enterprise assets and enable secure digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead enterprise cybersecurity engineering initiatives aligned with organizational security strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Define cybersecurity technology roadmaps and modernization plans.
  • Establish engineering standards, architectural patterns, and security baselines.
  • Drive cybersecurity transformation programs and strategic investments.
  • Partner with senior executives, CISOs, architects, and business stakeholders.

Security Engineering & Solution Deployment

  • Lead end-to-end deployment of cybersecurity technologies across enterprise environments.
  • Oversee security solution architecture, proof-of-concept evaluations, implementation, integration, migration, and operationalization.
  • Establish repeatable deployment methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure successful rollout of security platforms across on-premises, cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
  • Drive technology standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

 

People Leadership

  • Lead multidisciplinary cybersecurity engineering teams.
  • Build and mentor managers, principal engineers, architects, and technical specialists.
  • Create talent development and succession plans.
  • Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and hiring initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.

Program & Vendor Management

  • Lead large-scale cybersecurity projects and transformation programs.
  • Manage cybersecurity budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Evaluate and manage strategic technology vendors and managed service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure delivery against business objectives.

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Experience

  • 12+ years of overall IT and Cybersecurity experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership in Cybersecurity Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale cybersecurity solution deployment programs.
  • Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams.
  • Strong background across multiple cybersecurity domains.
