Organization Background:

The Endpoint Engineering and Enablement team comprises of client technologies such as O365 tools, Intune and associated tools. We ensure the client devices are secure, up to date with latest version of software, security patches and policies to help people collaborate and improve productivity. We ensure seamless experience to caregivers through enterprise email services, collaboration services such as SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps and PowerBI tools.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Manage Productivity teams(0365 suite) to ensure communication robustness on current and future technology capabilities within Productivity
  • Work as a key member of a tightknit leadership team to create a high performing team that will drive necessary change and leadership, in a consistent way, throughout the organization
  • Lead the resources assigned to our team and projects, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
  • Oversee the administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, ensuring proper governance, security, and compliance practices are in place.
  • Work closely with IT, security, compliance, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability between Microsoft 365 applications and other enterprise systems.
  • Monitor the performance and usage of M365 services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Transforms and sustains an effective Productivity DevOps organization through skills & operating model transformation
  • Establish operational foundations, defining metrics and KPIs to drive governance, quality, and efficiency.  Influence and improve existing processes through innovation and operational change
  • Be a thought leader in identifying opportunities and drive automation to improve service health, manageability and reliability

 

What would your day look like?

  • Develop and Implement Roadmap for Collaboration and Productivity services
  • Periodic review of services for Providence Endpoint devices
  • Developing toolsets and scripts to automate patching and vulnerability management process
  • Drive Get Current and Stay Current Initiatives
  • Proficient in Scripting and Automation platforms like PowerShell, Python, etc
  • Drive multiple projects and stakeholder management, reporting & dashboards

Who are we looking for?

  • 10-15 years of experience in managing patching, vulnerability management and Packaging
  • Hands-on experience in O365 suite of application
  • Should have technical dept, problem-solving and leadership skills in maintaining complex IT Environments
  • Identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans which are aligned to business requirement/process
  • In-depth Knowledge on managing both Windows and Non-Windows platforms
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools to enable Zero Touch and Auto healing capabilities
  • Ability to work in ambiguous work environment with global team setup
  • Experience working in feature crew model, knowledge of Agile framework
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field
