How is this team contributing to vision of Providence?

EBA team is responsible to provide Oracle ERP Implementation Support across HCM, SCM & Finance domains. We cater to Functional, technical, Infrastructure & App Security requirements for end-end Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation, Rollouts and Support.

What will you be responsible for?

As Senior Manager – ERP Applications (Process & Innovation)

  • Successfully managing the delivery/Deployments of Oracle SaaS/ Fusion Applications projects in the Oracle HCM & FSCM domains.
  • Hire right talent, build required competencies, and deliver projects/rollouts in HCM, Fin & SCM tracks.
  • Well verse of Change & release management and other methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource leading systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Working with the customer to confirm scope and goals, objectives and business justification, secure resources (people and budget) and re-iterate the mandate for projects.
  • Proactively and independently manage stakeholder expectations for timelines and deliverables throughout the program/project lifecycle with little/no intervention from business/region leadership.
  • Proactively inform and influence others to maintain the balance required between business needs; project partner strategy and standards; and financial requirements and budgets with little/no direction from business/region leadership.
  • Engage and organize the assignment of activities of multi-functional, large-scale teams, as well as the project estimates, task dependencies and schedule.
  • Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives, organizing necessary resources with little/no intervention from business/region leadership.
  • Pro-actively and independently develop root cause analyses and process improvement plans.
  • Playing a lead role in defining an effective communication strategy for the project, including communicating and consulting with key stakeholders.
  • Driving innovation agenda for EBA to improve upon existing business process using Test & Process Automation, ChatBots, PaaS Extensions, Blockchain etc.
  • Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated.
  • Travel to client sites as required

What would your day look like?

  • Collaborate with Implementation Partner and IS teams across Providence and drive ERP implementations, rollouts, M&A integration, manage release and operations

Who are we looking for?

  • 15 + yrs. of Experience in Oracle ERP Project implementation with 5+ years on Orace ERP Cloud Applications
  • Strong knowledge of implementing Oracle ERP projects for large global organizations
  • Overall strong Project Management capabilities and proven experience in delivering complex Oracle Applications projects.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) and Project Planning (MS Projects)
  • Ability to manage programs with the highest complexity and broadest breadth – typically at the enterprise-level.
  • Should be a thought leader and mentor the team and be able to provide recommendations and solutions to the leadership group
  • Demonstrated team leadership, partnership, influencing and communication experience with technical & business leaders
  • Proven experience in dealing with CXO level stakeholders, influencing both technical and non-technical audience across the organization
  • Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills
  • Strong interest in developing internal Capability solutions and methodologies.
  • Experience to digital technologies like Automation, AI, Blockchain etc.
