Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic Commercial Finance and FP&A leader to partner with business leadership in driving financial planning, deal advisory, pricing strategy, and commercial governance across IT services engagements within the Healthcare domain.

The role will act as a trusted finance advisor to leadership, providing financial insights, commercial structuring, and contract review support to ensure profitable growth and financial discipline across large client engagements.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Commercial Finance & Deal Advisory
  • Support deal structuring, pricing strategy, and financial evaluation of IT services opportunities.
  • Assess deal economics, margin impact, cost structures, and financial risks.
  • Partner with business leaders during large deal pursuits and negotiations.
  1. FP&A & Financial Governance
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct variance analysis, scenario modeling, and profitability analysis.
  • Drive financial governance across P&L, revenue realization, and cost management.
  1. Commercial & Contract Review
  • Review MSAs, SOWs, and commercial terms to ensure financial viability and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with legal, sales/GTM, and delivery teams on contract structuring and commercial terms.
  • Well verse with Internal audit on risk , Insurance terminology and right advisory

 

  1. Core Capabilities
  • Strong experience in FP&A and commercial finance within IT services
  • Expertise in IT services pricing models (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services, Outcome-based, RU and accelerator /Product /transformation projects pricing)
  • Strong understanding of commercial structuring and contract reviews
  • Financial modeling, scenario analysis, and profitability management
  • Ability to operate independently in an advisory and high-ambiguity environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
  • Product pricing along with Platform pricing understanding
  • Strong analytical skills on benchmarking, risk management from commercial aspect

 

Academic & Experience

  • CA / MBA (Finance)
  • 10–15 years of experience in IT services finance or consulting finance roles
  • Experience supporting commercial deal reviews, pricing strategy, and financial planning
  • Exposure to Healthcare industry programs or technology transformation initiatives

 

This role is not a backend finance execution role; it requires a strategic finance partner who can independently drive commercial insights, deal advisory, and financial governance across complex IT services engagements.

Act as a finance thought partner to business leadership on FP&A, deal strategy, pricing, and financial performance.
