How is this team contributing to vision of Providence?

The Senior Manager HRBP serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on people related matters. This role involves collaborating closely with business pillars to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational growth, caregiver engagement and retention, and operational excellence. This is an individual contributor role and will evolve as the team and function grows.

What will you be responsible for?

Strategic HR Planning

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze workforce trends and anticipate future needs to ensure effective workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

 

HR Advisory

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Coach managers on various people related topics
  • Lead change management efforts related to organizational restructuring, process improvements, and culture initiatives.

 

Performance Management and Development

  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify training and development needs across the organization and collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver programs.
  • Facilitate succession planning initiatives to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.

 

HR Metrics and Analytics

  • Utilize HR data and analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior leadership, highlighting insights and opportunities for action.

 

 

Who are we looking for?

  • 10+ years experience range with a tech. product/ Healthcare experience
  • Preferably from top tier business school with a post graduate in human resources
  • Ability to be hands on and comfortable with ambiguity and strong communication skills.
  • Bring in innovation and action oriented.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives.
  • Strong program management skills
