How is this team contributing to vision of Providence?

EBA team is responsible to provide Oracle ERP Implementation Support across Finance, SCM and HCM domains. We cater to Functional, technical, Infrastructure & App Security requirements for end-end Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation, Rollouts, Enhancements & Maintenance.  

What would your day look like?

  • Collaborate with Implementation Partner and IS teams across Providence and drive HCM implementations and other rollouts and manage release and operations.
  • Should be a thought leader and mentor the team and be able to provide recommendations and solutions to the leadership group.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Successfully managing the delivery/deployments of Oracle SaaS/ Fusion Applications projects, rollouts, and application support in the Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll and Workforce Management Domain.
  • Hire right talent, build required competencies, and deliver projects/rollouts in Oracle Cloud HCM – Core HR, Talent, Payroll/
  • Provide Functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Modules across Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition (ORC) & Talent Management.
  • Demonstrate experience as a senior resource leading systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, test strategy, solution architecture, release management, application maintenance and enhancement.
  • Controlling and reporting progress to the Stakeholders and internally within the organization and escalating any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner. Initiating corrective action where necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Continually assessing potential risks and issues maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans.
  • Playing a lead role in defining an effective communication strategy for the project, including communicating and consulting with key stakeholders.
  • Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated.
  • Ensuring appropriately skilled resources are delivering the project and managing the availability and performance of those consultants.
  • Develop internal Capability solutions and methodologies.

What would your day look like?

  • Collaborate with Implementation Partner and IS teams across Providence and drive ERP implementations, rollouts of ERP solution to new entities, manage release and operations.

 

 

Who are we looking for?

  • 12-15+ years of Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud systems (Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Payroll etc.)
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle HCM products and integrations with FIN/SCM applications and non-HCM applications like Kronos Workforce Central and UKG Pro.
  • Solid Oracle ERP experience across implementation and support in one of following applications and business processes:
    • Core HR – Core HR, Compensation planning, Position Management, Journeys
    • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
    • Performance management, succession planning.
    • Payroll modules with good understanding of payroll accounting and integration with Finance and Banks
    • Implementation/Support experience on complex landscape with integration with multiple 3rd party applications,
  • HCM experience must also include good understanding of business process integration of finance with Oracle Finance and Supply Chain Applications.
  • Overall strong Project Management capabilities and proven experience in delivering complex Oracle Applications projects using agile methodologies and release management processes.
  • HCM experience must also include good understanding of business process integration of Oracle apps with other business apps (e.g., Kronos/UKG Pro, EPM Suite, Oracle FAW, 3rd party application)
  • Understanding and exposure to Emerging Tech (Automation, AI/ML) is desired.
  • Overall strong Project Management capabilities and proven experience in delivering complex Oracle Applications projects using agile methodologies and release management processes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Ability to led and manage teams in a global setup across shores.  
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong interest in developing internal Capability solutions and methodologies.
