What will you be responsible for?

- The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills in development, Infrastructure automation and manage, nurture, and lead an Engineering team.

- Work independently and collaboratively with other teams across Globe to land the common goals while maintaining consistency in results

- Develop a prioritized multi-year roadmap to build an integrated best-in class, automated, centralized, governed, and reliable, cloud first, enterprise voice solution.

- Having experience with innovative mindset in bringing automation in some of the routine Clinical Voice operations focusing on driving higher productivity and efficiency.

- Define and implement policies, processes, and procedures for the governance and management of data.

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external relevant partners to advance Providence capabilities and leadership position in healthcare and technology industries. What would your day look like?

- Partner with the Stakeholders and service owners for defining the roadmap for the Voice applications and Infrastructure engineering team

- Manage the Clinical voice services, development, including Product lifecycle, proof of concepts, architect, design, test, deploy and maintenance of the infrastructure

- Design and develop modular, flexible, scalable, secure, reliable and quality solutions that deliver business value through superior user experience. Reuse the components wherever possible and sharing of components across organization Who are we looking for?

- 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, planning, designing, implementing, and delivering large enterprise projects.

- Experience on Azure, O365, Cloud design, VM’s, Database or similar Cloud experience.

- Experience on communications technologies, understanding of Voice & Contact Center applications and operational support methodologies in a DevOps environment of principles, theories and concepts of the TCP/IP protocol suite, LAN/WAN technologies, switching, routing, structured cabling, firewalls, VPNs, VoIP and Telephony technologies

- Experience working in Agile/sprints in a global team setup

- Understanding of principles, theories and concepts of the TCP/IP protocol suite, LAN/WAN technologies, switching, routing, structured cabling, firewalls, VPNs, VoIP and Telephony technologies

- Able to drive advancements i.e. when and how new and emerging technologies would solve a technical problem or enhance operational support services and the delivery of quality services
