Organization Background:

The Engineering Services and Infrastrcuture (ESI) team provides foundational infrastructure of Cloud Services, Network Connectivity, Data Center Hosting, Voice, Collaboration Applications, and End User Computing enables our caregivers, patients, physicians, and Community Technology partners to achieve our mission. We drive Cloud migrations, Network modernization and infra modernization across the company. 

What will you be responsible for?

Seeking a Senior Manager, End User Computing (Service Engineering) to modernize enterprise-scale endpoint services in Healthcare. Transform traditional EUC into an AI-driven, product-engineered, automation-first model delivering secure clinical workspaces, zero-touch provisioning, persona-based app delivery (e.g., physician, nurse, radiology), and self-service capabilities for clinicians, caregivers, and admins—all while ensuring compliance and seamless digital experiences.

 

What would your day look like?

  • Modernize Application Packaging & Delivery: Establish standardized MSI/MSIX/Intune Win packaging and automate software distribution pipelines to improve quality, consistency, and release velocity
  • Define and deliver the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for Intune, MEMCM, IGEL, Autopilot, and hybrid Azure AD endpoint services, using a product‑centric engineering approach with measurable outcomes.
  • Advance Cloud‑First Device Management: Drive the transition to cloud‑based, zero‑touch provisioning aligned to healthcare personas, strengthening compliance, security baselines, and zero‑trust controls.
  • Modernize Policy Management: Govern GPOs and lead migration to Intune policies, reducing legacy dependencies while improving policy consistency, performance, and security.
  • Enhance Digital Employee Experience: Use Nexthink insights to proactively identify issues, improve stability, and automate remediation to reduce MTTR and operational overhead.
  • Improve Print & IGEL Reliability: Lead engineering for enterprise printing and IGEL environments, focusing on performance, security, and reliability across clinical sites.
  • Scale Automation & AI‑Driven Operations: Build AI‑enabled automation, auto‑remediation, and self‑healing capabilities across devices, applications, and policies.
  • Drive Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Align endpoint engineering with clinical workflows, cloud initiatives, and security priorities, and communicate strategy and outcomes clearly to all stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

  • 15+ years Endpoint Engineering background with 5+ years leading teams
  • Deep expertise: MEMCM, Intune, GPOs, packaging automation, Nexthink, ControlUp, IGEL, enterprise print management
  • Proven in cloud-first/hybrid Autopilot; self-service endpoint delivery.
  • Advanced PowerShell (modules, REST APIs, frameworks).
  • MSIX packaging, dependency modeling, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Endpoint security/policy design; Azure AD, Conditional Access, Defender
  • Engineering-first mindset, Foster innovation/continuous modernization.
  • Experience working in Agile/sprints in a global team setup
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or similar field
