What will you be responsible for?
Seeking a Senior Manager, End User Computing (Service Engineering) to modernize enterprise-scale endpoint services in Healthcare. Transform traditional EUC into an AI-driven, product-engineered, automation-first model delivering secure clinical workspaces, zero-touch provisioning, persona-based app delivery (e.g., physician, nurse, radiology), and self-service capabilities for clinicians, caregivers, and admins—all while ensuring compliance and seamless digital experiences.
What would your day look like?
- Modernize Application Packaging & Delivery: Establish standardized MSI/MSIX/Intune Win packaging and automate software distribution pipelines to improve quality, consistency, and release velocity
- Define and deliver the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for Intune, MEMCM, IGEL, Autopilot, and hybrid Azure AD endpoint services, using a product‑centric engineering approach with measurable outcomes.
- Advance Cloud‑First Device Management: Drive the transition to cloud‑based, zero‑touch provisioning aligned to healthcare personas, strengthening compliance, security baselines, and zero‑trust controls.
- Modernize Policy Management: Govern GPOs and lead migration to Intune policies, reducing legacy dependencies while improving policy consistency, performance, and security.
- Enhance Digital Employee Experience: Use Nexthink insights to proactively identify issues, improve stability, and automate remediation to reduce MTTR and operational overhead.
- Improve Print & IGEL Reliability: Lead engineering for enterprise printing and IGEL environments, focusing on performance, security, and reliability across clinical sites.
- Scale Automation & AI‑Driven Operations: Build AI‑enabled automation, auto‑remediation, and self‑healing capabilities across devices, applications, and policies.
