What will you be responsible for?

  • Connecting technical roadmaps to measurable outcomes through deep understanding of business and technical goals
  • Strong passion for technology and Innovative thinking on envisioning of business and technical roadmaps and delivering end to end solutions which are long-lasting and agile to future needs
  • Inculcate strong engineering culture within team driven through strong Quality of solution focus as outcome for caregivers
  • Lead and mature the COE models for QE and DevSecOps to the highest Industry standards. 

What would your day look like?

  • Build and lead innovative and inclusive teams driving outcomes through high levels of collaboration
  • Partner with the Delivery Leadership for defining, landing and continuously maturing the ES COE models for QE and DevSecOps. 
  • Solution engineering lifecycle including research, proof of concepts, architect, design, develop, test, deploy and maintenance
  • Work and guide the leads on the solution architecture across digital apps, QE and DevSecOps areas. 
  • Take accountability on designing and delivering modular, flexible, scalable, secure, reliable and quality solutions that deliver business value through superior user experience.
  • Drive Innovation and reuse through strong communities.

Who are we looking for?

  • 15+ years of experience in planning, designing, implementing, and delivering large projects spanning multiple engineers
  • Strong full stack development experience in enterprise development projects with solutions development background.
  • Proven record of managing CI/CD pipelines is essential
  • Experience in Quality Engineering with quality first mindset
  • Experience in creating web service, REST, ADO pipelines, git repos .
  • Strive to reduce manual efforts by replacing with scalable Cloud-native automation and Hands on best DevOps Practices.
  • Expertise in setting up multi-Tenant architecture on Azure with knowledge on provisioning the modules and services on demand
  • Experience with building and deploying Docker, Kubernetes, AKS , End to End Multi-tier application provisioning
  • Experience with building, deploying, and operating SaaS products in one or more public clouds such as Azure
  • Certifications:  Desirable.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or similar
