Organization Background:

The Technology Engineering and Ops team provides foundational infrastructure of Cloud Services, Network Connectivity, Data Center Hosting, Voice, Collaboration Applications, and End User Computing enables our caregivers, patients, physicians, and Community Technology partners to achieve our mission. We drive Network modernization, infra modernization and process modernization through innovative solution across the company.

What will you be responsible for?

  • The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills in development, Infrastructure automation and manage, nurture, and lead an Engineering team.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with other teams across Globe to land the common goals while maintaining consistency in results
  • Strong passion for technology and Innovative thinking on envisioning of service roadmaps and delivering end to end services which are long-lasting and agile to future needs
  • Connecting technical roadmaps to measurable outcomes through deep understanding of business and technical goals
  • Inculcate strong engineering culture within team driven through strong Quality of Service focus as outcome for caregivers
  • Ability to take risks, put a structure around it, and achieve the goals with focus on people and quality deliverables

What would your day look like?

  • Partner with the Stakeholders and Product Owners team for defining the roadmap for the Enablement & Platform Engineering and Prioritization
  • Product lifecycle including research, proof of concepts, architect, design, develop, test, deploy and maintenance
  • Design and develop modular, flexible, scalable, secure, reliable and quality solutions that deliver business value through superior user experience. Reuse the components wherever possible and sharing of components across organization

Who are we looking for?

  • 12+ years of experience in technical leadership experience, planning, designing, implementing, and delivering large projects spanning multiple engineers
  • Strong full stack development experience in enterprise development projects with a product development background.
  • Experience on Vue.js, React.js, angular.js or any other frameworks. Expertise in UI frontend/GUI, HTML5 and JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience in creating web service, REST, ADO pipelines, git repos .
  • Experience with building and deploying Docker, Kubernetes, AKS , End to End Multi-tier application provisioning
  • Expertise in setting up multi-Tenant architecture on Azure with knowledge on provisioning the modules and services on demand
  • Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Configuration and Release Management roles, Configure, deploy, and maintain Cloud Infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform/ ARM template
  • Fluent in: Service Maturity in Resiliency, HA, Site Reliability, CI/ CD, Backups, Monitoring and Performance.
  • Experience working in Agile/sprints in a global team setup
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or similar field
