 What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Technology Manager, you will play a critical role in managing multiple Salesforce teams, ensuring successful project execution, and driving business transformation. You will be responsible for delivering scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions while maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders. In addition, you would:  

  • Lead and manage multiple teams responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and Data Clouds. 
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and best practices. 
  • Drive innovation by leveraging Einstein AI and analytics to enhance customer experience and business outcomes. 
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define roadmaps, and deliver scalable and efficient solutions. 
  • Implement governance and best practices to optimize Salesforce implementations, integrations, and security. 
  • Manage Salesforce deployment processes, including GearSet, GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable releases.
  • Configure and integrate FormAssembly surveys within Salesforce for enhanced data collection and customer insights. 
  • Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and high-availability standards in Salesforce implementations. 
  • Mentor and guide developers, architects, and administrators, fostering technical excellence and professional growth. 
  • Drive continuous improvement by staying updated with the latest Salesforce features, trends, and best practices.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and solution delivery. 
  • Hands-on experience across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and Data Clouds. 
  • Strong expertise in Einstein AI, analytics, and automation. 
  • Proven track record of leading and managing multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Technical and managerial skills to balance solution design, development, and business needs. 
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce integrations, security models, and data architecture. 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce deployment automation using GearSet, GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Experience with FormAssembly for surveys and data collection. 

 

    • Strong experience in stakeholder management, business communication, and strategic planning.
    • Experience working with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and release management. 
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges. 
    • Salesforce architect-level certifications (such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) are a plus.
