Job Description:

The ServiceNow Senior Manager is responsible for leading the strategic vision, development, and implementation of ServiceNow capabilities, services, and solutions within the organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management experience to drive innovation and ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute the strategic vision for ServiceNow support capabilities, services, and solutions.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify integration opportunities across various business units.
  2. Team Management:
    • Guide, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of ServiceNow business product managers.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
  3. Development and Maintenance:
    • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable ServiceNow capabilities, services, and solutions.
    • Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of these solutions, enabling seamless integration with existing systems.
  4. Project Management:
    • Manage multiple ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Establish clear project goals, timelines, and deliverables, while effectively communicating progress to stakeholders.
  5. Innovation and Implementation:
    • Stay updated on the latest advancements in ServiceNow technologies, Customer Service Management (CSM), and IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies.
    • Drive the adoption of best practices across the organization and implement solutions that enhance customer experiences.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop tailored ServiceNow solutions.
    • Present strategies and project updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  7. Governance and Compliance:
    • Ensure all ServiceNow solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Skills:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform and related technologies.
    • Strong understanding of AI technologies, ITOM, SPM, EAM, HCLS, CSM, and ITSM methodologies.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management Skills:
    • Experience in managing multiple ServiceNow projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to establish clear goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to present complex information to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
