The Growth and Strategy team is focused on expanding the impact of Providence India across its stakeholders including external growth systems. We are helping shape the roadmap of Growth for  Providence India, help build technology solutions that modernize and simplify each step of the healthcare delivery process. And we do that by putting the patient and the provider at the center of everything we do. As a Strategic Initiatives Leader, you will be responsible for driving high-impact, cross-functional programs that advance our most critical business priorities. This role will partner with executive leadership to identify strategic opportunities, translate them into actionable plans, and lead implementation across teams. Your key responsibilities include:
 

  • Identify and scope strategic business opportunities and drive cross functional transformational initiatives working with senior leaders
  • Lead and manage large-scale client programs, ensuring successful execution and measurable impact.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, resource requirements, and success metrics
  • Partner with executive leadership to remove barriers, resolve conflicts, and drive decision-making
  • Monitor progress against KPIs and adjust course as needed to ensure successful outcomes
  • Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders

 


• Engage with clients & stakeholders – Align on program objectives, address challenges, and ensure seamless execution.

• Facilitate collaboration – Work across business, technology, and operations teams to drive alignment and efficiency.

• Provide strategic guidance – Offer insights on process improvements, enhancing global center impact and value realization

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced leader with:
• Experienced leader – 8+ years in program management, business transformation, or consulting, with a track record of delivering complex, high-impact initiatives.

• Stakeholder management – Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and decision-making.
• Technology & business acumen – Exposure to business process optimization, digital transformation, and leveraging AI, cloud, or data analytics.
• Communication & influence – Strong executive presence, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, present insights, and drive consensus.
• Results-driven & collaborative – A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes while fostering teamwork.
