Job Title:  Strategy & Operations Program Manager

About the role:

As a Strategy & Operations Program Manager at Providence, you will


  • Working with business function leads, play a key role in setting up the building blocks for business expansion
  • Work with abstract problems in an ambiguous environment to identify business opportunities, evaluate feasibility, build business cases and roadmaps
  • Research the market and bring market intelligence to inform the strategy
  • Build deep partnerships across multiple teams globally and in the industry
  • Engage with multiple teams and program manage key strategic initiatives for the organization
  • Drive change management efforts for stakeholders

Experience & Skills Required

  • 8+years of experience overall
  • 4+ years of product/program management experience in a tech major and/or experience in a leading management consulting firm advising clients on technology strategy and digital transformation
  • MBA from Tier 1 business school
  • Ability to define strategy based on research, data and industry trends
  • Entrepreneurial attitude towards problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve programs
  • Good understanding of data, metrics and building data models
  • Taking business metrics, breaking them into investment areas, and leading thought in these areas
  • Ability to design, prioritize, plan, and track large scale programs
  • Skilled in power point, excel, project management and other analytical tools
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leading without authority skills
