Senior Security Ops Analyst
What will you be responsible for?
- The role possesses critical thinking skills to understand a current problem, approve or suggest solutions that will properly resume service delivery, maintain proper access as well as minimize risk and financial exposure.
- The role requires a strong analytical judgement to drive or direct, as appropriate, a global solution or necessary enhancement of Access Management processes.
- Respond in a timely manner (within documented SLA) to configuration, maintenance, incident management, and other requests.
What would your day look like?
- Create, Add & Revoke Access, persona modification and identity creation.
- Creates new and improvise documents existing for Authentication/Access technologies, processes, and procedures.
- Monitor the service ticket or identity management platform for new requests.
- Be accountable for ensuring service documentation, such as process guides, are maintained and kept up to date.
- Collaboration with Incident Response to assist in recovering from security breaches; participates in investigation and remediation of security incidents.
- Actively identify new ways of automating and eliminating any repetitive work
- Triage the unresolved incidents or requests to the next level leads
Who are we looking for?
At Providence Global Center, we have a gamut of technical and clinical streams that you could find your passion in, however (to start with) we are looking for candidates with the following core competencies:
- Experienced in SAML, Active Directory, MS Entra ID, SailPoint, Active Directory Federation Services.
- Identifies, escalates, and resolves potential access control and system risk issues
- Pattern analysis/Problem management on repetitive issues with recommendations which could incorporate effective problem management
techniques.
- Knowledge on Zero-Trust and least privilege principles
- Strong communication skills: with the ability to grasp complex concepts and the
ability to explain them effectively
- Readiness towards work at odd hours/ on-call and weekends as and when
needed.
