Organization Background:

The Endpoint Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms. This role supports secure, reliable, and scalable endpoint management capabilities, including device configuration, software deployment, patch management, endpoint security, automation, and user experience improvements.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Engineer, configure, and support endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Jamf, Group Policy, and related enterprise tools.
  • Develop and maintain endpoint standards, baselines, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security controls aligned with organizational requirements.
  • Manage operating system deployment, imaging, provisioning, patching, application delivery, and device lifecycle processes.
  • Package, deploy, and troubleshoot applications using enterprise deployment technologies while ensuring compatibility, reliability, and minimal user disruption.
  • Implement automation to streamline endpoint provisioning, software delivery, remediation, reporting, and operational support activities.
  • Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, service desk, application, and business teams to resolve endpoint-related issues and improve the end-user computing experience.
  • Monitor endpoint health, compliance, vulnerabilities, performance, and deployment success using reporting dashboards and analytics.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and support runbooks.

Who we are looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments, including Windows endpoints and modern device management platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and endpoint security technologies.
  • Strong understanding of operating system deployment, patch management, software distribution, endpoint compliance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to write or modify scripts using PowerShell or similar scripting languages to automate endpoint management tasks.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
