Senior Service Engineer
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow platform.
- Development experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS and XML.
- Experience with Now Platform features UI Builder, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
- Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components such as Service Desk, Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, ServiceNow Scripting, and Service Request Management
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, (GRC /ITOM/SecOps) ServiceNow products
- Strong working experience on Integrations with various products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate detailed and complex information to others.
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification Mandatory
- Any ServiceNow Developer Certification preferred
- ITIL Foundations 3 or higher preferred
