Organization Background:

The Network and Cloud Engineering and Ops team drives cloud operations, engineering and OnPrem hosting, LAN/WAN management, for the Technology, Engineering & Operations organization. We support OnPrem and Azure cloud infra running Network & Cloud Services.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Design, implement and manage enterprise level network solutions including routing and switching.
  • Configure and maintain SD-WAN solutions to ensure optimized and secure WAN connectivity.
  • Deploy, manage and operate load balancing strategies to distribute traffic efficiently and ensure high availability of applications.
  • Integrate and manage network solutions within Microsoft azure, including virtual networks, VPN's and express route.
  • Manage and Troubleshoot firewalls.

How would your day look like?

  • Write and maintain python scripts for network automation, monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and ensure quick resolution of outages and performance degradations.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.
  • Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring network uptime and reliability.
  • Document network configurations, diagrams, processes and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Work on incidents and provide timely resolution within SLA.

Who are we looking for?

3-5 years’ experience in network technologies with strong expertise in routing and switching
Hands on experience on SD-WAN technologies. (Silver-Peaks is an added advantage)
Proficiency in configuring and managing load balancing solutions (NetScaler is an added advantage)
Working knowledge on Azure Networking(Virtual networks, NSG's, VPN's, EXPRESSROUTE etc.)
Python scripting skills for automating network configurations and monitoring.
Experience with network monitoring tools and technologies(SolarWinds is an added advantage)
Understanding of firewall and security principles
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex network issues.
