We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / IRM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a solid understanding of risk and compliance processes, and experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver scalable GRC solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules, including:
    • Policy and Compliance Management
    • Risk Management
    • Audit Management
    • Issue Management
    • Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
  • Configure risk statements, controls, indicators, assessments, and policy attestations.
  • Implement and manage GRC data models, including risk registers, control libraries, and policy hierarchies.
  • Design and configure reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics for GRC metrics and KPIs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow GRC with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
  • Support upgrade activities, perform impact analysis, and ensure platform stability post‑upgrade.
  • Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, audit, and security teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams.
