Job Description

 

The ServiceNow Developer resource will be engaged in all phases of the software development lifecycle which includes the design, development, documentation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of ServiceNow projects.

 

Experience 2-4 years.

 

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and perform root-cause analysis for production issues and system failures. Determine corrective action and improvements to prevent recurrence. Provide implementation/production support, as required.
  • User Profile Management, Integration Management, Instance cloning and upgrade activities and Environment Management
  • Execute the creation of low-level design documents (including code samples/outlines) and detailed engineering specifications based on complex business, user, and non-functional (e.g. performance, reliability, balance, and controls) requirements.
  • Maintain integrity of existing program logic according to specifications.

 

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Development experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS and XML.
  • Experience with Now Platform features UI Builder, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
  • Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components such as Service Desk, Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, ServiceNow Scripting, and Service Request Management
  • Strong working experience on Integrations with various products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate detailed and complex information to others.
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification Mandatory
  • Any ServiceNow Developer Certification preferred
  • ITIL Foundations 3 or higher preferred
