Organization Background:

The Technology Engineering and Ops team provides foundational infrastructure of Cloud Services, Network Connectivity, Data Center Hosting, Voice, Collaboration Applications, and End User Computing enables our caregivers, patients, physicians, and Community Technology partners to achieve our mission. We drive Cloud migrations, Network modernization and infra modernization across the company.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Package, repackage, and customize applications using MSI, MSIX, App-V, and EXE formats
  • Create and maintain deployment packages for Windows 10/11 environments
  • Perform application compatibility testing and remediation
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell and Python scripts for automation, installation, detection, remediation, and reporting
  • Integrate application packages with Microsoft Intune, SCCM (MECM), and Azure AD
  • Manage application lifecycle including versioning, updates, patching, and retirement
  • Troubleshoot installation, deployment, and runtime issues
  • Work closely with infrastructure, security, and desktop teams to ensure compliance
  • Maintain documentation, packaging standards, and best practices
  • Support VDI and virtualized environments (e.g., Citrix, VMware, Azure Virtual Desktop)

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Application Packaging
  • Strong hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting (mandatory)
  • Basic to intermediate experience with Python scripting
  • Experience with MSI/MSIX packaging tools (Advanced Installer, InstallShield, Wise, Flexera, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Windows Installer technology, registry, services, and file system
  • Experience with MECM/SCCM and Intune application deployment
  • Understanding of modern workplace concepts (Zero Trust, device-based deployment, cloud management)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts for packaging automation
  • Knowledge of application security and vulnerability remediation

  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience with App Attach / MSIX App Attach
  • Exposure to DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
  • Knowledge of VDI environments
  • ITIL process awareness and Ability to effectively communicate and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in Agile/sprints.
  • Having knowledge/experience in endpoint related technologies like Active Directory/GPO/MDM/MAM/Imaging is added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Management, or IS
