Organization Background:

The Cloud Engineering and Ops team drives cloud migrations, engineering and OnPrem hosting, compute, storage data protection, data engineering for the Technology, Engineering & Operations organization. We support OnPrem and Azure cloud infra running Windows, Linux VM’s and SQL, Oracle databases.

 

What will you be responsible for?

  • End to end management of MEMCM Server Patching
  • Able to handle First Point escalations and Process Escalations
  • Error resolutions and RCA for Major Incidents
  • Troubleshooting Patch Failure Issues
  • Creating, deploying, and troubleshooting Configuration Items in MEMCM
  • Good understanding of Vulnerability Management using Rapid7

What would your day look like?

  • Deploying Windows and Third-Party Patches on servers using MEMCM
  • Troubleshooting Server Patching issues
  • Explore and architect Cloud patching solutions (AUM, Azure Arc etc)
  • Root cause Analysis for MIs
  • Drive Get Current and Stay Current Initiatives
  • Good knowledge in Scripting like PowerShell or Python.
  • Good knowledge in Azure.
  • Deploy and remediate identified vulnerabilities.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing enterprise patching, vulnerability management and Monitoring
  • Hands-on experience in latest branch (MEMCM 1906/1910/2010/2103) of SCCM
  • Fair understanding of MEMCM architecture, including configuration files.
  • Good knowledge in Vulnerability manageability process and implementation
  • Hands-on experience in Application deployment, Patch Management, Software metering, Task Sequencing, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and support MEMCM Platform and associated topologies on Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous work environment with global team setup
  • Experience working in feature crew model, knowledge of Agile framework
