ServiceNow Developer (ITSM + Employee Center Pro)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Hyderabad (or specify location)

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in ITSM and Employee Center Pro, along with exposure to Service Operations Workspace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance business processes and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
Develop and maintain Employee Center Pro (EC Pro) portals and experiences
Work with Service Operations Workspace (SOW) to enhance agent productivity
Create and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring optimal performance
Follow best practices in ServiceNow development and governance
Required Skills
2–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
Strong expertise in ITSM modules
Experience with Employee Center Pro (EC Pro)
Familiarity with Service Operations Workspace (SOW)
Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience in UI Builder and Service Portal customization
Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP)
Understanding of ServiceNow data model and architecture
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-ITSM) are a plus
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
