How is this team contributing to the vision of Providence?

 

  • Understand the current business external and internal processes for predominantly HR and TA functions of PGC, India.
  • Configure and Align the SF modules (EC, RCM, PMGM, ONB, INT, COMP and any further modules) with the business processes.
  • Manage inter-module integrations and compliances during implementation.
  • Understand the business opportunities and pain-points and provide implementation solutions to better enable business.
  • Align with the organizational process and demonstrate excellent cross functional collaboration abilities.

 

What will you be responsible for?

 

  • Analyze and evaluate business processes and recommend improvements that are aligned with best practices for the Human Resources functional modules in SuccessFactors.
  • Work as a liaison and subject matter expert between technical teams and business owners for regular system configurations, root cause analysis, and solution recommendations
  • Gather master data requirements and strategies to support the transition of HR data into SAP and SuccessFactors. Perform clear root cause analysis and resolve issues effectively and make process improvements.
  • Participate in Peer Reviews of other Business Analyst’s work product. Manage system testing to ensure procedures are thoroughly tested before release.
  • Develop process diagrams, use cases, and test plans and perform other tasks as needed to deliver successful solution.
  • Provide technical solutions and ongoing operational support like Canvas report configurations, extracting data for external systems consumptions, exposing SF APIs for real-time integrations.

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with SAP certifications in SF modules EC, RCM and PMGM.
  • Experience with full Life-Cycle Implementations of SuccessFactors modules of EC, RCM and PMGM.
  • 3 to 5 years’ work experiences in consulting / IT / HR business in a senior SAP SuccessFactors Project Management role with a minimum of two complete lifecycles
  • Have a proven track record in successfully delivering large, multi-module SuccessFactors projects.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision on complex projects and may assist less experienced peers, with great collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
  • University degree or a comparable graduation in Business Administration / Computer Engineering.
